Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a form of energy healing that is used to facilitate stress reduction and relaxation. The word Reiki originates from the Japanese words “Rei” meaning universal and “Ki” meaning life energy.
Developed in the early 1900’s by Mikao Usui, the practice is believed to aid in energy flow to remove blocks created by physical and/or emotional imbalances in order to create a greater sense of well-being.
